ABOUT "YOUR VOICE"

The initiative provided by the Malaysia Co-operatives Societies Commission to encourage you as Malaysian citizens to contribute any ideas and suggestions to help improve the delivery and service quality of SKM.

The brainstorming of good ideas resulting from it can be highlighted to help formulate specific development policies to ensure the welfare and wellbeing of the public and every stakeholder in the co-operative sector in particular.

 

IMPLEMENTATION MECHANISM

Methods used for gathering information are:

1. Customer Satisfaction Survey Form     - Input channel for feedback and suggestions on SKM Services
2. Feedback and Complaints Management System    -   Input channel for enquiries, feedback and suggestions on SKM Services, and Complaints on co-operatives
3. Web Publications on Public Views    -   Input channel for feedback and suggestions regarding Draft Regulations, Guidelines or Statutory involving the co-operative movement.

Publication records of SKM web [www.skm.gov.my] for the purpose of obtaining public views.
