The Financing and Credit Control Division is responsible for managing the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission’s Revolving Capital Fund (TMP-JPK). The TMP-JPK has been allocated funds by the Treasury under the Consolidated Trust Fund since 1985, replacing the Cooperative Trust Fund that was established in 1978.

• To assist cooperatives, particularly small and medium-sized ones, in implementing viable projects by providing soft loan facilities;
• To support cooperatives in reviving problematic projects;
• To encourage cooperatives to engage in a variety of economic and social activities that benefit their members.

To process cooperative loan applications for financing purposes in the following sectors:

• Retail/ Business/ Wholesale
• Finance
• Transportation
• Tourism/ Personal Care and Health

• Land Development

4. Purchase of Buildings(real estate)

• Ensure loan repayments are made according to schedule;
• Maintain and update cooperative loan accounts;
• Monitor cooperative projects funded through TMP-JPK.
