The objective is to enhance the disclosure of information in the public interest and to provide every individual the opportunity to access information produced by government agencies through applications submitted to the respective agencies.

Access to information is granted in accordance with the First Schedule, Subregulation 3(1) of the Cooperative (Fees) Regulations 2010, including but not limited to the following:

1. Inspection of registration documents;(This includes general information about the cooperative, business information, and details of each cooperative-owned subsidiary)
2. List of registered cooperatives;
3. Sample of standardized cooperative by-laws;
4. Inspection upon application by cooperative creditors;

Any request may be made by completing the Cooperative Information Inspection Form (BORANG 2) and submitting it to:
