Client Charter Statement

SKM is committed to providing professional, efficient, and high-quality services within the stipulated time frame to ensure customer satisfaction. This process involves teamwork, management review, and continuous and comprehensive improvement efforts.

SKM consistently identifies organizational shortcomings and strives to address them through ongoing enhancements to the quality management system.

All Division Directors and State Directors are accountable for monitoring and reviewing the performance of their respective Divisions/ States and shall promptly take corrective action should the performance fall below the established targets.

The quality policy is communicated to SKM personnel through various communication channels such as posters, meetings, discussions, and the intranet. The policy is regularly reviewed to ensure its relevance and alignment with organizational needs.
