i. Services and Staffing Unit
This unit's functions include:
• Managing all matters related to staffing and employee welfare;
• Handling emoluments and other related services;
• Managing disciplinary and conduct matters;
• Implementing the Human Resource Management Information System;
• Managing cooperative extension matters.
ii. Training and Examinations Unit
Training programs managed by this unit are categorized as follows:
• Internal Training – organized by SKM domestically;
• External Training – organized by SKM / other government / private agencies within the country.
The training is aimed at developing a knowledgeable and well-trained SKM workforce.
iii. Quality and Innovation Unit
This unit is responsible for monitoring the implementation of directives under the Public Administration Development Circulars and Guidelines issued by MAMPU from time to time. The main emphasis of this unit is the implementation of the MS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within SKM.
