The objective of enhancing the disclosure of information in the public interest and to provide opportunities for every individual to access information generated by government agencies through applications submitted to the agency.

OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THE CO-OPERATIVE MOVEMENT
Access to information in accordance with the First Schedule of Subregulation 3(1) Co-operative Regulations (Fee) 2010 of which are as follows:
1. | Examination of the registration document; (Includes the general information of co-operatives, business information of co-operatives and information of each subsidiary owned by co-operatives) |
2. | List of registered co-operatives; |
3. | Examples of co-operative bylaws that are uniform; |
4. | Examination on applications by co-operative creditors; |
METHODS OF OBTAINING INFORMATION
Any applications may be made by completing the Co-operative Information Examination Form (FORM 2 Amend.1/2015); and submit to:
