Rental Rate

Rent facilities at PULAKOP has been discussed and adjusted again in February 2013. Here are the current rates for rental facilities and infra-PULAKOP:

A. BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE

1. Dormitories

• Rental of RM40 per room charge;
• Rental rates are fixed even if a tenant;
• The rate of charges and terms of service no longer according to package

2. Multi-purpose hall

Without Air Conditioning

• Rental RM300 per day charge;
• The length of time of rental to 6.00 pm 6.00 am;
• Additional rental charge M $ 10/hour for each additional

With Air Conditioning

• RM600 a day rental charge;
• The length of time of rental to 6.00 pm 6.00 am;
• Additional rental charge is RM20/hour for each additional

3. Director's Bungalow House

• Rental RM300 per day charge;
• Load a maximum of 10 people;
• Additional charge 20 a case more than 10 people

4. Lecture Room

• The rental charge RM100 per day;
• The length of time of rental to 6.00 pm 6.00 am;
• Additional rental charge M $ 10/hour for each additional

5. Computer Lab

• Rental charges RM250 a day;
• The length of time of rental to 6.00 pm 6.00 am;
• Additional rental charge is RM20/hour for each additional

6. Dining Hall

• The rental charge RM100 per day;
• Renting involves dining area with kitchen
• Additional charge RM50 (karaoke)

B. TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

7. Freight "Coaster Bus"

• Maximum capacity of 25 passengers
• Rental RM300 per day charge;
• Duration of hire 6.00 am to 6.00 pm;
• Services covering an area of KK-Ranau, KK-Beaufort, Sipitang;
• The period of use exceeds the rental will be calculated, 2 days

8. Freight "HINO Bus"

• Maximum capacity of 44 passengers
• RM600 a day rental charge;
• The length of time of rental to 6.00 pm 6.00 am;
• Services covering an area of KK-Ranau, KK-Beaufort, Sipitang;
• The period of use exceeds the rental will be calculated, 2 days
